Paddle Racks

As pickleball continues to grow in popularity, courts become over-crowded.  Often, the problem isn’t finding people to play—it’s managing the sheer quantity of players eager to play.

The new courts at Dot Cooper Kelly will be implementing a paddle rotation system waiting players place their paddle in a rack as to be next in line for a particular court.  There will be one 8-slot paddle rack for each pod of 2 courts.

The goal is to prevent groups from “camping out” on a court and playing multiple games and to create an orderly transistion between games.  It is by far the most efficient way to insure all players get their fair share of court time.
